Return & Refund Policy

At Brieame™ Pet Beauty & Grooming, we want you and your pets to feel happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

Standard Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging, if applicable
  • Not damaged, washed, altered, or used by the customer
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or a wrong item received.

Some items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons, including opened grooming products, used pet-care items, and products that have been in direct contact with pets.

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you would like to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item, if applicable

Once we receive your request, our customer care team will review it and provide the next steps. Please do not send any items back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees, priority shipping fees, insurance fees, and handling fees are non-refundable unless required by law or the issue was caused by our error.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or part of your order is missing, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue. If possible, attach photos of the package and the items received.

Some orders may be shipped separately from different warehouses. If this applies to your order, the remaining item(s) may still be on the way.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible items depending on product availability.
