At Brieame™ Pet Beauty & Grooming, we do our best to process and ship every order as quickly and carefully as possible. Please review the details below for estimated processing and delivery times.
Order Processing Time
Order delivery time is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.
Processing time includes order verification, quality check, packaging, and preparation for shipment.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed. During peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume sales periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Shipping time refers to the estimated time it takes for your order to travel from our warehouse or fulfillment partner to your delivery address after it has been shipped.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Actual shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, local carrier service, holidays, weather conditions, and order volume.
Insured Shipping
If your package is lost during delivery or arrives damaged, we may send a replacement at no extra cost once sufficient proof is provided.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact us with your order number, photos of the damaged item or packaging if applicable, and any relevant tracking information.
Priority Insured Shipping
Priority Insured Shipping means your order is placed higher in our daily processing list.
Please note that while Priority Insured Shipping may help speed up order handling, final delivery time can still be affected by carrier processing, destination country, customs clearance, and order volume. In some cases, delivery time may be similar to Standard Shipping.
Your order is also covered by shipping protection if it is lost or damaged during delivery, provided sufficient proof is submitted.
Separate Shipments
Some products may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times. This can happen when items are fulfilled from different warehouses or locations.
If you receive part of your order first, please do not worry. The remaining items may still be on the way, and separate tracking information may be provided.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking numbers may take a few days to update after shipment. In some cases, tracking information may take up to one week to display correctly, depending on the carrier and destination country.
You may track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or through a third-party tracking platform such as 17TRACK.
Possible Shipping Delays
For some countries or remote areas, shipping may take longer than the estimated delivery time.
During busy periods, holidays, promotional events, or unexpected logistics delays, your shipment may take longer than usual. We understand that waiting can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience while we work to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Once your order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes to the shipping address, product selection, size, color, or quantity. Please make sure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
